Skratta means smiling in Swedish. According to the dictionary, smiling is: to assume a facial expression indicating pleasure, favor, or amusement, characterized by an upturning of the corners of the mouth.

This expression of pleasure is unarguably connected to photography. Either the subject in the picture is smiling, or the maker of the picture is smiling after making a beautiful picture. Also looking at the picture can give cause for a smile.
